TILDEN is pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery within the U.S., which typically arrives within two to five business days. Express delivery is also available within two business days for $20, as well as same day on-demand delivery in San Francisco for an additional fee via Uber Rush and Postmates, Monday to Friday 10 AM to 5 PM.
Canadian standard delivery is available for $20, plus customs fees, and should arrive within five business days. UK standard delivery is available for $40, plus customs fees, and should arrive within five business days.
Orders are processed pending merchandise availability and payment verification. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM US PT (US Pacific Time) will begin processing immediately and will generally ship same day, but may take up to an additional two days for processing. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM US PT will begin processing on the following Monday.
We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if we need additional information for payment verification. Delivery time does not include weekends or U.S. holidays (we support taking time to relax and celebrate with family and encourage our business partners and customers to do the same!).
We also offer complimentary return shipping within the U.S. To qualify, items must be received within 15 days of your original order shipment date. Any domestic returns received between 15 and 30 days will be processed net a $20 restocking fee. Canadian and UK returns received within 30 days of your original order date will be processed net their respective pre-paid return shipping fees.
Please affix the included pre-paid shipping label to the original mailer and be sure to include the return form and all original packaging. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 10 business days to post to your account, although individual bank processing times may vary.

- Items received in damaged or worn condition.
- Items received without original packaging, tags, or labels intact.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
All apparel, jewelry, and accessories must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and any hygienic liners intact. Items received without original packaging are non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit. Please be sure to pack items carefully in original outer mailer and tape securely. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
We will happily issue a store credit to your account for the returned gift's purchase amount. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a new complimentary shipping label.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I BOUGHT ON SALE OR USING A PROMO CODE?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
