TILDEN is pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery within the U.S., which typically arrives within two to five business days. Express delivery is also available (please see options and rates at checkout). International delivery is currently available to Canada, the U.K., Australia, and a growing list of test countries via FedEx and DHL. Pricing by region is available at checkout, not including any customs fees (check your duties and VATs here), and should arrive within one to three business days for DHL Express and two to five business days for FedEx Ground, barring any customs delays (which are unfortunately out of our control).
Orders are processed pending merchandise availability and payment verification. We will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if we need additional information for payment verification.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM US PT (US Pacific Time) will begin processing immediately and will generally ship same day, but may take up to an additional two days for processing in rare instances. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM US PT will begin processing on the following Monday and generally ship that evening. Please note that TILDEN is based in San Francisco, so weekend orders with ground shipping will generally arrive on the East Coast the subsequent Monday - if you are in a rush, we do recommend express shipping. Delivery time does not include weekends or U.S. holidays, when our carriers are closed.
Fit matters! We are proud to offer complimentary return shipping within the U.S. Please email email@example.com and we'll send you a digital copy to print and use. Affix your pre-paid shipping label to the original mailer and be sure to include the return form and all original packaging.
International customers may select the carrier of choice (we recommend DHL) and should include any required customs forms labeled "9801 - US GOODS RETURNING." Returns will be processed net respective shipping and duties, which may be reimbursed by contacting your local customs office.
Please note all returns must be received within 30 days of your original order date to be eligible for a refund. Items returned within 14 days are eligible for complimentary return shipping; items received afterwards will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. All returns will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 10 business days to post to your account, as individual bank processing times may vary.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND
- Items marked as final sale (may be eligible for store credit if noted).
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items received in damaged or worn condition.
- Items received without original packaging, tags, or labels intact.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
All apparel, jewelry, and accessories must be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and any hygienic liners intact. Items received without original packaging are non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit. Please be sure to pack items carefully in original outer mailer and tape securely. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
The fastest way to process your exchange is to order the new item(s) and send the old item(s) back as a separate return.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?
We will happily issue a store credit to your account for the returned gift's purchase amount. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a new complimentary shipping label.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I BOUGHT ON SALE OR USING A PROMO CODE?
Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you are returning, or if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you will be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
